Office Hours:
Main Ticket Office (West Entry)
Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm, and until 8pm on Game Nights.
Saturday & Sunday: 11am to 8pm on Saturday Game Nights (7:05 starts).
11am to 4pm on Sunday Game Days (1:05 starts).
Closed on the weekends when the team is off or on the road.
South Ticket Office: Opens 15 minutes prior to Gates Open on Game Days/Nights only.

About the Bright House Networks Field Seating Areas
Premium Box (Sections 108-114) - Located behind home plate. Sections 109-113 are located behind the screen. Seats are wider and elevated.
Field Box (Sections 101-107, 115-120) - Located from the dugouts to the outfield. The home (Threshers) dugout is located on the 3rd base side of the field.
Berm (Outfield Grass) - Located behind the outfield
wall. Please NO CHAIRS! Can be purchased on phone or in person only.

Ticket Policies
Day of Game Tickets - Tickets can be purchased online and over the phone up to one hour before the scheduled gate opening. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Bright House Networks Field Ticket Office up until the end of the 6th inning. Advance Tickets can also be purchased inside the ballpark at the Customer Service/Advance Tickets window during the game.
Lost/Stolen Tickets - We are not responsible for lost
or stolen tickets.
No Refunds/No Exchanges
Rain Policy - Tickets from rained out games may be exchanged for equal or lesser value at the Bright House Networks Field Ticket Office for a future game (based on availability). Deadline to exchange is August 25, 2008.
Re-entry - Re-entry is allowed at Bright House Networks Field with the proper hand stamp. |
